Urban Townhouse

The Objective: Make the most of a sunny, urban corner site with expansive views to adjacent park.

The design features cantilevered primary living spaces with wrap-around glazing oriented to the neighborhood park and a vertically glazed entry stairwell that brings light into the center of the house. Sustainable design highlights include a rooftop garden and center atrium for interior daylighting and passive “chimney-effect” summer ventilation.
