Residential projects afford us, as designers, the opportunity to work most intimately with the end users. Such projects for us have ranged from the scale of a master suite interior renovation or small estate outbuilding to new single-family residences in both urban and rural sites. The Pines gatehouse was our first design-build project. Currently we are working on new houses in Maine, New York and Pennsylvania.
